夏日纪事

　　Spanish-Mexican writer Paco Ignacio Taibo II hits the road to trace the footsteps of Ernesto "Che" Guevara and sheds new light on the revolutionary.

　　The Polish doco for the BFI’s Century of Cinema distinguishes itself from all the others in the series by being the only one not to have any film critics, academics, directors, etc providing a commentary.  Instead it takes the refreshing route of having ordinary people of all ages talking about what’s special to them about movies – so we get some old folks describing their first trip to the cinema when a lot of people didn’t even know what a film was, memories of what it was like to go to the movies as children, teenagers, and adults before, during, and after WWII, and especially the key scenes from films that have made lasting impressions upon them (not unexpectedly, Wajda’s KANAL strikes a nerve), which are shown in accompaniment, so that it becomes the interviewees who ultimately decide what’s shown in the doco.  This kind of stuff is what the ‘100 Years of Cinema’ celebration is really about.

　　在高速發展的中國，像蘇這樣的流浪者的生存空間已經越來越小。在杭州一條正在建設的二十四號大街旁邊，蘇和情人琴開設了一家簡陋的餐館，但因為沒有經營許可證，他們和其他一些非法住戶總是受到政府的驅趕，處世不驚的蘇和琴在另外的地方又建立起一個自己的餐館，但不久又被政府拆除。蘇決定回到故鄉，那裡有著他曾經的家庭和兒女，同時也有著琴的家人。但是已經在外闖蕩了30多年的蘇，家人對他的到來並不歡迎。導演通常默默地觀察蘇和琴的歷險，但偶爾也會介入，當蘇開始有不道德的行為欺騙他人時0.24號大街有著豐富多彩的主人公，影片展現了現代化進程中中國的轉折，和那些追趕不上這個國家飛速發展腳步小人物的故事。
　　China doesn’t have a lot of room anymore for peddlers like Su. He set up a ramshackle restaurant next to a construction site on 24th street in Hangzhou, but of course he neglected to obtain a permit. Unsurprisingly, the authorities send him and the other illegal dwellers away. Unfazed, Su and his girlfriend Qin find another place for their restaurant, only to be sent away again. Su then decides to go back home to the countryside, where his wife and children, along with Qin’s family, still live. After being away for 30 years, the couple isn't exactly welcomed back with open arms. Filmmaker Zhiqi Pan usually observes Su and Qin’s adventures without comment, but does step in on occasion, such as when the unscrupulous Su is trying to cheat people. With its colorful main character, 24th Street offers an original twist to the story of modernizing China—and those on the fringe who can’t keep up.

　　江戸時代から続く、日本最大の花街、京都・祇園。わずか１キロ四方に狭い路地に、６０軒あまりのお茶屋が軒を連ね、百人を超える芸舞妓が暮らしている。日が暮れると、お座敷と呼ばれる宴会が開かれ、お茶屋に芸舞妓が吸い込まれていく。一見さんお断り。その敷居をまたぐことができるのは、ひと握りの人々である。ここで、２００年間続くお茶屋を守ってきた女性がいる。８代目の女将・太田紀美さん、７７歳である。最高のもてなしを求め、やってくる国内外のお客ひとりひとりの好みを頭に入れ、芸舞妓の手配から食事、お座敷の一切を取り仕切り、効率を度外視した「情」で客に尽くす。
　　太田さんのお茶屋には代々続く、家訓がある。「当主は女。結婚しないこと」。そのしきたりは、祇園で働く女性にも同じである。結婚する時はすなわち、街を出る時である。太田さんは、そのしきたりを守り、２００年の老舗を守り抜いてきた。
　　桜が咲き、街が最もにぎわう美しい季節に、祇園で生きることを選んだ女性たちの切なく、誇り高い物語を描く。

　　影片改编自英国女作家维拉·布里顿（Vera Brittain）成书于1933年的同名回忆录改编，回顾了她本人在一战期间的生活经历，以及她走向反战主义的心路历程。片中布里顿本人由瑞典新星艾丽西卡·维坎德饰演，哈灵顿将出演她的初恋情人。

　　专横的祖母销毁了所有家族合影，使得导演的童年回忆只剩下一张被搪塞的陌生女子照片。问起个中原因，却总换来连篇谎言。为了重建童年与家族回忆，她和父亲在工作室钜细靡遗地重现街坊，邀请家人、邻居，还有死忠支持独裁君主哈珊二世的祖母共处一室。众人在对话中走进回忆，当伤疤被掀起，在言谈往来中，当年的暴动与血腥镇压，也终于浮上台面⋯⋯

　　耸立于日本北海道鄂霍次克海边的老橡树，见证着狐狸一家的悲欢离合。寒冷冬季，伴随着漂流而来的冰川，北狐菲利普来到这片陌生的土地，他打败满怀敌意的同类，并邂逅美丽的母狐莱拉。菲利普和莱拉相亲相爱，结为夫妇。冬去春来，冰雪融化，经过焦急的等待，夫妇俩总算迎来五只可爱的小宝宝。绿草茵茵的草原上，狐狸宝宝快乐成长。遗憾的是最小的狐狸天生失明，等待他的只有残酷命运。莱拉为了帮孩子们找到食物，不惜闯入人类的领地，威胁和死亡如影随形。
　　坚强的菲利普一家，感动了无数的人……

　　本片是2013年逝世的、美国影评界传奇罗杰·伊伯特的遗作。片子主要谈论了上世纪60年代罗杰·伊伯特与电影制作人好友罗斯·梅尔一起合作《飞越美人谷》时期的个人历史。不仅如此，最重要的是影片真实呈现了伊伯特本人：他对电影事业的激情、对生活的热爱以及与疾病的悲壮抗争。

　　解剖学发明以来，人体奥秘开始为世人所知所见。然而，大家习惯的始终是那副最表面的臭皮囊，或留恋或厌倦，或拥抱或憎恶。假如能深入体腔，即时观察微肌细理，体液流动，可会了悟个中奥妙，那欲肉不为肉所欲的真义？得到医院前线及技术人员协助，韦莲娜柏丽芙与路西安卡斯当泰来再现了内窥和 微创手术的影像，辅以病人和医护的生活点滴，让作为关怀、痛苦、希望和被宰制场所的身体，成了光影景观的主角。血肉不再模糊的结果，可会对人文多一份凝视？
